Hotel butler training
In January this year, our partner in the Luxury Services Company, and world renowned butler trainer Charles McPherson came to Shanghai to train the butler teams in two of Shanghai’s top hotels; the Waldorf and the Peninsula. Both training sessions went extremely well, and the hotels concerned were very impressed with the level of skills Charles brought to their teams, and are looking forward to having him back soon for some refresher work.
