Luxury retail service in China, under rated and under par

The last twelve months have been challenging for luxury brands in China, they have had to contend with consumers becoming more selective in terms of where and how they spend their money, and new government regulations that have restricted the purchase of luxury items by government officials, departments and state owned organisations. In addition, fewer consumers at least in terms of their volume have travelled to Europe, so we could feel slightly sorry for them……
